1. Product Pricing and Condition
   All displayed products are priced based on their current condition. Items are typically sold in a ready-for-delivery state but may occasionally be displayed or sold unrestored.
2. Item Descriptions
   We endeavor to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of all products, including any wear, tear, or existing damage. If you have any concerns or require clarification, please contact us prior to purchase.
3. Custom-Built Products and Restoration Services
   Our skilled team specializes in custom-built furniture and operates a dedicated restoration and conservation workshop. We are happy to provide any required repairs, restoration, or conservation services upon request.
4. Variations in New Products
   All new products are crafted from scratch using premium materials. Due to natural variations in wood grain, texture, and finishing, slight differences may occur, contributing to the uniqueness of each piece.
5. Damages and Refunds
   If a product you receive is not as described or arrives newly damaged (excluding damages caused during shipping), we will offer a full refund. For items damaged during transit, please notify us immediately and provide photographic evidence. R.K. Woodwork Co. will discuss the most suitable options for repairs or resolution.
6. Payment Policy
   • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance payable before delivery or collection.
   • Until full payment is received, all items remain the property of R.K. Woodwork Co.
   • All sales are considered final.
7. Change of Mind
   If you change your mind or circumstances regarding a purchase, we may, at our discretion, offer to resell the item on consignment to recover costs. A commission fee of 25% of the final sale price will be applied.
8. Shipping and Delivery
   • We take the utmost care in packaging and shipping our products. For Australia-wide deliveries, we use trusted truck carriers, while international orders are handled by reputable shippers.
   • Items under 20kg and deemed suitable for standard transport may be shipped via Australia Post.
   • If you have specific shipping requirements or concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
