Terms and Conditions
All our displayed products are priced in their current condition. The product are which we normally display, and sell, in their ready for delivery condition – occasionally unrestored.
We endeavour to describe an item as accurately as possible, including stating all wear and tear and any existing damages.
We have a very accomplished factory which produces custom built products, as wall as restoration/conservation workshop and can offer to our customers any required repairs, restoration and conservation work.
All our new products are manufactured from scratch, it is possible to have slightly difference in grain , texture or finishing.
Once customers receive a product if it is not as-described or discussed if it is newly-damaged, and that damage was not disclosed to you prior to payment / delivery, we will refund you in full unless it has occurred during shipping. If an item/ product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, please advise us immediately and provide us with photographic evidence. If an item is damaged, R. K. Woodwork Co. will discuss the best options for carrying out repairs.
Please be advised that all sales are final with 50% deposit and must be paid in full prior to delivery / collection.
Until its fully Paid items remain the proterty of R. K. Woodwork Co.

To customers who have placed an order. Have a change of mind or circumstances regarding the purchase , we may at our discretion re-sell the item to recoup costs, on consignment. Our business takes a 25 % commission fee on the sale price .
R. K. Woodwork Co. takes the utmost care in the packing and sending of products. We use tried and tested truck carriers for Australia-wide deliveries and international shippers for overseas deliveries, and Australia Post for items under 20kg that we believe aren’t too fragile for this mode of transport.
